Message to all applicants for registration:
The fees for the conference, hotel and tours were calculated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and then converted to Euro (EUR) on the basis of an exchange rate 1 EUR = 1.50 CHF.
Due to the rather dramatic devaluation (approximately 5% and still on the move) of the EUR because of the state’s finances and the economic situation of certain EU countries like Greece, Portugal, Ireland and others the organizers of the EEMA conference had to take the decision to switch from EUR fees to Swiss currency. The arising conference costs have to be covered with CHF and a currency exchange difference to the actual rate has never been calculated to this extent. Without taking action the problem would probably lead into an irresponsible financial disaster.
You may be assured that we want to keep the fees as low as possible, although quality has its price especially in Switzerland. Under such circumstances the juridical indication on the bottom of our Information Sheet on Registration as well as on the Registration Form “Subject to modifications and amendments” is herewith put into force. We thank you for your understanding for this measure which for many of you does not make any difference. Please honor the efforts of the organizers by registering for a “high quality” EEMA conference in Switzerland!

First deadline for Registration is 30. April 2010. Final deadline is 30. June 2010.
No payments are refundable after the final deadline.

Payment is possible by Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please follow instructions on the
“Registration Form”.
Conference Fee includes hotel accommodation (3 nights), meals (incl. water/coffee), conference costs and transfer by bus from/to Airport to/from conference hotel.
Residential Fee includes the above except hotel accommodation and breakfast.
Post Conference Tour Fees include hotel accommodation, meals (incl. water/coffee), transportation costs, entrance fees.
